Since then they have carved out a reputation for producing world class award-winning traditional ales.  The Brewery was built in a disused cellar in the Fox & Hounds and produces a wonderful balanced selection of cask conditioned ales, along with a monthly special and a fantastic bottled ale - Houston Crystal. This picture was taken at the Houston Beer Festival which took place on Sunday the 9th of May. I was there with my family and had a great day ! Check out the picture at the bottom of the page.
