The Burnside Brewery is owned by two brothers Dave and Gary Metcalfe. They started brewing at this location in 2010 but have had a passion for craft beer for a number of years. They started with a small brew plant but are upgrading to a 10 barrel brew plant which they hope to have installed by November 2011.

Black Katz 3.6% ABV
A strangely mysterious dark mild ale.

M-Pire 5.2% ABV
Strong Medium amber ale with aromas of spicy hops, oranges and malts. Taste is nutty malt with a hint of chocolate, with a crisp, dry, bitter finish.

Wild Rhio 4.5% ABV
Golden yellow, soft sweet berryfruit nose. honey, lightly hopped with a hint of respberry.

MAD DOGZ IPA 3.8%
MAD DOGZ is a beautifully light IPA style beer with a taste and character all of its own.Light and easy drinking, this Craft Brewed Ale quenches the thirst of even the maddest dog!!! The marriage of Fuggle , Styrian Golding and Cascade hops is evident, but is well balanced by malt throughout, and the lingering finish is delightfully bitter and hoppy.
