The Cairngorm Brewery Company was established in 2001 and is situated in the village of Aviemore within the Cairngorms National Park in the Highlands of Scotland. They brew traditional ales with a fresh new edge, by using well established brewing methods, the finest malted and roast barley, hops and crystal clear mountain water. Due to a high demand they have recently upgraded to a 40-barrel brewery.

I visited the Brewery in September 2010 with my good friend James Grant and we received a very warm welcome from the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Thanks again for taking the time to show us round and explain things to us.

Check out the video below, it was taken the day we visited.

Please note there are some slight mistakes in this video, they are:
The Aviemore Brewery Company was formed in 1997 and based in Aviemore.
The business of the Tomintoul Brewery was purchased from the receivers in early part of 2000 and was moved to Aviemore.

The Cairngorm Brewery Company Limited was formed in 2001 to consolidate the business of the Aviemore and Tomintoul Breweries.
