Brewing at the Prestoungrange Gothenburg is led by George Thompson and Craig Allan. It was George Thompson who actually 'built' the microbrewery early 2004 and he is assisted by Craig Allan. Both men have a great knowledge of not just brewing but much more. George has over 25 years experience in the industry and has built many micro breweries all over the world. Craig graduated from Heriot Watt in both biochemistry and brewing/ distilling. Since then he has been a brewer, worked for the Scottish Malt Whisky Society in Edinburgh and worked in the vine yards in France where he completed his Diploma in Vine Culture and Wine making.
If you want to know about brewing then this is a good place to start.
