Locals themselves for over eight years and with extensive experience of working within seasonal industries, their combined knowledge & experience guarantees a welcoming invite to all who visit them throughout the year. Located in the tiny village of Ellenabeich is the home of the Oyster Brewery. The brewery was started in November 2004 and the first brews followed in the Spring of 2005. Traditional brewing methods are still used, although the equipment installed is very much state of the art.
