Review : This is a very relaxed / chilled out pub. It has a student feel to it with old comfortable furniture mixed with wooden seats and high backed church type pews. The menu is interesting as it is all vegetarian - my mate Kenny's wife Yvonne is a veggie and she recommended the pub. The beer selection was good, everything from a few real ales to cans of Red Stripe. We were here on a sunday afternoon but just missed the 20 strong group of musicians who were playing everything from a double bass to a clarinet. Service at the bar wasn't the fastest but we were in no hurry and this only added to the relaxed atmosphere.
I enjoyed my time in this pub and would come again.

Comment: I enjoyed my juice in the 78 bar. Guess who was driving!
Felt comfortable taking the girls into the bar. It has a family feel to it (on a Sunday afternoon at least) and it was a pity we missed the big band.
Next time, though, I'd like to go without children.
